NEUROCALM YOGA NEUROGENIC TREMORING (NCY-NT) is focused on creating awareness around your instinctive mechanism of tremoring. It is a mechanism which has evolved over millions of years to release tension and bring you into homeostasis.
It naturally unravels stress, anxiety, trauma and more, which are the root causes of many ailments. It is a natural mechanism which allows your body to move spontaneously when you let go of control and surrender to it.

Meet Shima
Experiential training provider
Shima is the founder of the Neurocalm Training Institute, which offers experiential training, and authored the book 'The Sleep Curator'.
​
She is a certified yoga therapist, teacher, and breathwork, trauma, and meditation coach, having completed over 3,000 hours of formal silent meditation training.
She took part as an experienced meditator in a scientific study investigating the effects of meditative states on the brain.
​
She provides experiential training to increase body mind awareness and release tension and stress. She works with ex-cancer patients, people suffering from insomnia and burnout, therapists, psychologists, coaches and other professionals.
​
Overcoming insomnia and anxiety attacks herself, among other ailments, has led her to pursue her passion and work with a deeper level of understanding by combining eastern modalities with western science.
